Light steel villa residences are non-traditional residences, and the quality and safety of the house have nothing to do with the thickness of the wall.

Light steel villas have an overall supporting construction system for moisture-proofing and waterproofing, generally covering the following aspects:
Foundation: lay thick moisture-proof membrane;
Ground: Brush with double layers of waterproof asphalt, add black waterproof membrane to the position where the light steel structure is placed for waterproofing;
Wall: It is equipped with moisture-proof breathing paper (waterproof and breathable) to ensure excellent waterproofing of the wall and has the ability to adjust indoor relative humidity. The eaves protrude 300mm to 600mm to directly divert water, and there are special water supply and drainage pipes.
Roof: The entire surface is made of waterproof membrane, and the cornices are specially waterproofed. Glass fiber wool is placed inside the roof to maintain heat insulation. Asphalt tiles are currently the most waterproof tiles in the world. Water falls directly along the asphalt tiles into water droplets. It can achieve 360-degree moisture-proof and waterproof treatment.
However, traditional buildings do not have overall moisture-proof measures and have poor air permeability.
